Outer Cities

Outer Cities is a game made in scratch and turbowarp which tries to overpass their limits. You will have to start building a city from scratch in the middle of a barren alien planet. You will face a lack of basic resources for your citizens, such as oxygen, water, or electricity, as well as economic and social challenges, which must be overcome in order for your city to succeed.
